Digital Photography Class Ballinskelligs Community Centre

Ballinskelligs coast and Horse Island during low tide

I´m starting a new Digital Photography course in Ballinskelligs on Monday November 4th. The class is running for 6 weeks, two hours each Monday from 2-4pm.
You are going to learn about the right camera settings, the use of light and effective composing of an image. The class will be held at Ballinskelligs Community hall but if weather conditions are good we are going out the make the most of the beautiful scene around Ballinskelligs.
If you are interested please contact the centre on 0669479111.

Light, Shape and Photography

The photos below were taken on a rather remote beach near Ballinskelligs. I used a Canon 5dmkII and two lenses, a 50mm macro and  Canon 40mm pancake lens. Most photos were taken with a tripod.  I used the mirror lock option.
All shots were done with ISO 100 and the Aperture was between 10 and 32.
The light was very intense but beautiful and it was just a bliss to be out.
Due to the strong sunlight and the low tide I noticed all kind of reflections and shapes.
I did not use any filter or other enhancement equipment.
In Lightroom, the photos were sharpened only and the watermark was added.
