Ancient Trees Reenroe Beach Ballinskelligs

Reenroe beach tree stump

The recent stormy weather shiftet the sand on Reenroe beach and exposed a group of ancient trees. Apperently the trees are 4000 years old. The light today encoureged me to take some detail photos of the roots and the grain of the sea washed grain.
The photos were taken with a 50 macro lens and a Canon 5d mkII
